Mandy Hatch, Executive Secretary

Mandy’s path to the Junior League began in 2021, when a close friend invited her to join the Junior League of El Paso. As a Military Spouse, she saw the League as a meaningful way to connect with her community — a value that has followed her across chapters. After completing her Provisional year in El Paso, she transferred to the Junior League of Fayetteville in North Carolina before joining the Junior League of Long Beach in 2024. Within JLLB, Mandy has served as Community Research and Program Development Chair, HollyDay Fair Props Committee Member, and most recently Membership Engagement and Events Chair.

Mandy is an Army Veteran who served as a Medic and holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health. A licensed Massage Therapist in Texas and certified in California, she operates her own practice and currently serves as Secretary for the California Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She previously served on the AMTA Board of Directors for both the Texas and North Carolina Chapters.

Her contributions to the profession have been widely recognized. Mandy is a two-time recipient of the AMTA Texas Chapter Meritorious Award, a recipient of the AMTA National Certificate of Appreciation, and the 2025–2026 recipient of the Karen Rector Memorial Award.

Mandy brings warmth, authenticity, and deep empathy to everything she does. She is passionate about service, community connection, and lifting others up. Outside of work and the League, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, hiking, crafting, and spending time with her granddaughter.
