Kaley joined the Junior League of Long Beach in 2018 after relocating to Long Beach to give back to her new community and meet like-minded women. During her time with JLLB, she has gotten involved with the community, learned invaluable skills through her league placements & trainings, and, most treasured to her, developed lifelong friendships.

Kaley is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a passion for fostering positive and inclusive workplaces. Kaley’s friendly nature and commitment to individual growth make her a reliable partner in building harmonious work environments. From recruiting top talent to implementing policies and programs, her dedication leaves a lasting impact on companies and their people.

Outside of work and JLLB, Kaley loves nothing more than to spend time with those closest to her including her husband, friends, family, and of course her adored cat and dog. Kaley finds joy in practicing yoga outside, attending spin class, trying the latest NYT Cooking recipe, and collaging.
