Holly Disney, Membership Vice President

Holly joined the Junior League in 2008 through the Junior League of Orange County and transferred to the Junior League of Long Beach in 2017 after relocating to the area. Throughout her tenure, she has taken on a variety of leadership roles across membership, community programs, and fund development. In 2025, she was honored with the Mary Lamo‑Putnam Award for Excellence in Leadership, recognizing her service, vision, and impact.
As Membership Vice President, Holly is focused on shaping an engaging, inclusive, and meaningful experience for members at every stage of their League journey—from welcoming Prospective members, to helping Active members grow as leaders, to fostering the connection that carries members into Sustaining membership.
Professionally, Holly works as an Organizational Change Management Advisor at Southern California Edison, where she leads culture and employee‑experience initiatives. She brings that same people‑centered, collaborative approach to her volunteer leadership, always aiming to foster connection, growth, and community engagement.
Outside of work and the League, Holly enjoys cooking, container gardening, hiking through National Parks, and boating to Catalina Island. She feels grateful for the opportunity to give back by working with women who are committed to improving the community they all call home.
