Holly Disney, Community Vice President

Holly joined the Junior League in 2008 with the Junior League of Orange County and transferred to the Junior League of Long Beach in 2017 after relocating to the area. Over the years, she has chaired and served in a variety of roles across fund development, membership, nominating, communications, training, and ad hoc initiatives.  In 2025, she was honored with the Mary Lamo-Putnam Award for Excellence in Leadership. As Community Vice President, she’s excited to deepen partnerships across Long Beach and launch JLLB’s new signature project focused on youth leadership development.

Professionally, Holly is an Organizational Change Management Advisor at Southern California Edison, where she leads transformational culture initiatives focused on employee experience.  Her work in leading people through change connects directly with her volunteer leadership in the League, where she is passionate about helping women grow as leaders and make a lasting impact in the community through training, partnership, and hands-on service.

Outside of work and the League, Holly enjoys cooking, tending her new container garden, hiking through National Parks, and boating to Catalina. She finds purpose in giving back and believes in the power of community to create real, lasting change.
