Lauren Lynn Line is currently part of the Donor Stewardship and Grants committee. She joined JLLB in 2015. As a child she attended St. Joseph Elementary and Los Alamitos High School, then spent a few years at Orange Coast Community College and then began flight school right after 9/11 when she flew for 8 or 9 years as a flight attendant and then moved to in-flight instructor training new crew members in the air.

Her first job was a hostess at Walt’s Warf in Seal Beach as a hostess for a couple years around the age of 18. She was then hired by Catalina Express to work at the ticket counter and then quickly transferred to the boats where she was meant to be!!! She was a cabin attendant working on all the boats. She worked on and off for the Express for close to 15 years. At one point she was working both on the boats to Catalina and flying for America West/US Airways. Some days she would wake up cross country, fly home, get on a boat and do 2 trips to the island…(she was exhausted on those days). She quit flying around 2008 and continued on the Express until she had her son Bennett in 2012.

She has been a stay at home mom working for her son Bennett since he was a baby as a “momager.” Her son is an actor and a model and she work a lot for him between his agents and manager. When Bennett started school she has always worked in the class room and on campus at Lowell Elementary. In the last few years as Bennett has been in class all day she went back to work and is now a realtor and loves every second of it. Being a 3rd generation Long Beach girl, she find her knowledge of the LB and surrounding cities to be exactly what is needed in her profession and she has tons of that! She loves what she does and will never retire from helping family and friends accomplish all of their real estate dreams!

She was born in Long Beach and was raised and lived in Rossmoor most of her life. She moved back to Long Beach to Belmont Shore when her husband and she were married in 2008 at the Long Beach Yacht Club and where her parents and little sister were living. She has recently bought a home in Seal Beach and is loving it!

She joined the JLLB as her mom and her girlfriends were all members of the JLLB, and she thought that when you grew up that is what you did to help out your community! She always remembers her mom going to JLLB meetings and functions growing up! She loves being able to break away from moming and spending time with amazing like-minded people! She loves the community involvement and helping make a difference for our future! She also loves the trainings and she finds herself taking lead in varying situations that all stems from the JLLB!

When she has the time she loves to travel the world, spend a day down in fashion island for an afternoon of shopping and lunch, working out on her Peloton, sitting out by the pool with a good book and more than anything spending as much time as possible with her family as we all have learned that life is so precious!

A unique fun fact about her is that her son Bennett and she flew to Tokyo last year for just 3 days for him to shoot a commercial. Then jumped on a plane and flew home! She has done the same thing to Peru and back! Bennett was a true champ!
